Sy had another special birthday this past weekend. He is still very limited on his foods (still at about a dozen) so he is much more restricted than the regular Gerson person but we still like to be creative and make it fun!
Here was his special food request:
Organic oatmeal (made to look like a cake of course), mixed with apples sauteed in water, with some yummy carrot goodness on the top. He just LOVED it and ate the whole thing! Congrats on turning the Big 8!
